Mrs. Bernette Smith

Bernette Smith, 70, passed away Friday, April 11, 2014 at her home in Florence. Visitation will be Monday, April 14th from 10 – 11 am with a graveside service following at 11 am in the Garden of Memories. Mrs. Smith was a member of First Baptist Church in Florence. Her family will remember her as a person who always put others ahead of herself. She is preceded in death by her mother, Hazel Rials. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Jerry Smith of Florence; sons, Jerry Howard (Sherie) Smith II of Midlothian, TX, Jeffrey Paul (Christie) Smith of Phoenix, AZ, and Joey Alan Smith of Florence, MS; and grandchildren, Gunnar Smith, Katie Smith, Brock Smith and Carly Smith.
