Mrs. Annice Pierce

December 1, 1934 — April 19, 2014

Annice Pierce, 79, went to be with her Lord, April 19, 2014 at MS Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. Visitation is scheduled for 5 until 8 PM Monday and 10 until the 11:00 AM Tuesday Chapel service at Chancellor Funeral Home, Byram. Burial will follow at Lakewood South Memorial Park. A native of Mobile, AL, Mrs. Pierce had lived in South Jackson since 1963. She retired from Joy’s Busy Hands as a floral designer and was an exceptional seamstress. She was a wonderful Godly lady who loved her family. She is preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Eddie Pierce and six brothers and sisters. She is survived by her sons Lynn Pierce (Beverly), of Raymond, Duane Pierce (Bonnie), of Port Gibson, and Tim Pierce of Jackson; her daughter, Michelle Donaldson (Gary), of Byram; her sisters, Gerry Gillaland of Virginia Beach, VA and Nell Wassman of Mobile, AL; 6 grandchildren and 12 grandchildren.
